Eurocape IV Launched 15 June 2009 Following the success of our first three funds and due to popular demand, we have launched our fourth fund in the series. This fund is similar to the previous funds as it is again planning a return of 9.85% p.a. for five years to investors with a share in 67% of any surplus when the fund is wound up. The investment is suitable for both pension funds and high net worth or sophisticated investors, with the added incentive of a limited partnership structure for tax efficiency. |

Housing Delivery Still a Top Priority in South Africa 11 February 2009 The provision of housing and the eradication of informal settlements would remain at the forefront of government's investment plans, Finance Minister Trevor Manuel asserted in his Budget speech on Wednesday. Government would spend R67‐billion on infrastructure grants to municipalities and R45‐billion on the Breaking New Ground housing programme over the next three years, he announced.
